 House building work & renovation
• Pre Works Starting: We can organise for an Architect to quantify the work to be done and create a proper schedule of works for builders to quote against. We can organise for a realistic programme for the work to be made and reported against. We can remove the pressure of finding the right building team, we have a catalogue of Builders and Tradesmen who are reliable, cost efficient and come with recommendations. We will find reliable and recommended builders, organise quotations and help establish the best value and schedule for building work on your behalf. We will organise for you to see proposed builders previous projects, references and arrange meetings, if you wish to speak to previous clients. We can organise and facilitate interviews with builders to help you make your builder selection. Once you have decided who you would like as a builder we can help you draw up a proper contract for the works. • After your builder is selected and the contract is signed: We can supply the level of Project Management or Supervision of the works that you wish; it can be on a full Project Manage basis or part time checking, the decision on our level of involvement is yours. On your approved Builder / Tradesman being appointed we will either deal on a one to one basis with them regarding any issues raised during the contract or if you do not want our full involvement we will relay issues to you for decision. We can engage a qualified technician to check and take responsibility for quality and regulation compliance. Resolution of day to day issues Agreeing percentage completion and stage payment values with contractors. Administrating payments. You will be provided with a comprehensive report on the progress of your project against programme. These reports can be on a weekly or monthly basis according to your instruction and the criticality of the stage of the project. We will provide photos of the building work as back up to our reports. If we are engaged with full responsibility we will keep control of the time schedule and quality of the building work for the successful finishing of the building on time. |
